Love to share & download via the bittorrent network , but the ISP has blocked the bittorrent protocol on your network? why, this is exactly my case.
on the bright side, Just found this awesome site that caches the files of the torrent mirror provided by you, and then lets you download it directly! Nice way to bypass all the ISP restrictions (University Restrictions in my case) . Enjoy! :-)
